Most of you know I went on a mission trip with Adventures in Missions (AIM) called the World Race which consisted of me traveling with a squad of 30+ others from all around the U.S.A. to 11 countries over the course of 11 months. I started this journey January 2018 and returned to the states last December.
Since I’ve returned from the World Race I moved to Gainesville, Georgia, where AIM is based, to be a participant in a class called Center for Global Action (CGA). During this time i really dive deep with the Lord in self awareness and learning skills to lead myself well and have a few tools in my belt to lead others. Not just on a mission trip or at a job, but to be a leader in life. To live out the kingdom of Heaven on earth.
The past year and a half, the Lord has radically changed my heart. I’m learning what true intimacy with the Lord feels like. He’s taken me on this journey to see with His eyes. It’s been rough but it’s been so so beautiful. I still don’t know what He has planned for the rest of my life but I know I’ll be walking alongside the King and I’m okay with that.
This fall there is a new squad going on the World Race. I have been asked to join them for the first 4 months as an alumni team leader. I will be walking alongside these new racers to give them guidance and help them as they get used to this new lifestyle for the next year of their journey. I’m really excited about this. I believe the Lord has called me to this next chapter to open some doors of healing, and reconciliation within myself as well as others. I believe He’s called me here to walk through some more freedom and help others find their freedom in their identity in Christ. He already revealed a lot of things at training camp and I can’t wait to see what He has in store.
I’m needing to raise $5,500 to travel with this squad. This cost will cover travel expenses, lodging, and about $5/day for food. I have a couple fundraisers going right now but I’m looking for monthly donors. Can you help me?
