Every night all six of us pile into one cozy room for feedback. This is a time where we get real with each other. Most nights we put one person in the hot seat at a time and then go around the circle telling them positive and constructive feedback about things we have seen in them throughout the day. This is a very encouraging time and probably my favorite time of the day. It’s a great way for iron to sharpen iron in a community setting. I would like to share with all of you two important things that have been called out in me already.

First being one night during the first week of ministry here in Romania the group was going around sharing truth about me. All of it was good, and then one teammate said that when others were talking about me and sharing their truth for me she saw a sunflower. She then went on to explain that sunflower grows very strong and thick stem but doesn’t bud and turn yellow until it’s directly in the sun(in my case being directly in the Lord). But once it’s in the sun it blooms and becomes a bright yellow and people cut it down to take it with them. She saw me being this Joy that was coming from the Lord and that I was spreading it to other people. The next day we saw probably 4 sunflower plants and each time it reminded me of this truth. I do have joy and it comes from the Lord. If I allow him to shine through me it will become even brighter and more people will want to know him and have the joy too. My encouragement to you is finding your joy in everything you do. Take all your burdens to the Lord there is nothing to big that he can’t handle for you.
