Wow ministry in India has blown my mind on several occasions. I always knew God was a healer, provider, comforter, and a father who loved me. This month God has been showing me that he is much bigger than I could ever imagine. This month God has shown me that he is a warrior and that there really is a battle going on spiritually. I’m still trying to process everything I have seen God do this month when all I really want to do is give him all the Glory and honor that he deserves.
This month Jesus has casted out at least 5 demons in people. I always knew that this was something Jesus could do but to see it happen was something I never expected to see. Instead of sharing each individual story with you, I’m going to tell you how Jesus worked in our last night of ministry. Please keep in mind that this is all God, he did not need us, we are not special by any standards, we are just six people who are listening to the Lord and letting him lead and direct our path.
On our last day of ministry we traveled to a village about 45mins away from the church we were staying at. Once we arrived there we did are usual routine we met the pastor of the village, enjoyed a cold beverage, and filled up with prayer as a team before heading to the first house. Once we arrived at the first home we were informed that there was a teenager who had a demon in him. This demon was sticking its tongue out at us and telling us no while we prayed in Jesus name for the demon to leave. After spending an hour and half Jesus delivered the man from the demon. It was definitely God’s strength that got us through the night. There is no way us six would have been able to pray for this man for that long without God giving us the strength, and refilling us throughout the entire time we were praying.
After this intense hour and a half praying we went and took another break to process what just happened and how God had shown up once again. After about 15mins of resting we were taken to another home where there were some babies who needed prayer. We prayed for the beautiful children and then we encountered another demon. This time in a lady who did not know the Lord. After praying for her in the church she decided to go home and promised she would be back to the church meeting that night. Every night after each home has been prayed for there is a church service where there is worship music and one of us will share part of our testimony. The lady stuck to her word and came to service that night along with about 100 others from the village. She accepted Jesus after service and God freed her from the demon that had been living on the inside of her for 9 years. During the service there was another man who had a demon on the inside of him and God delivered him of that as well during the service.
God was showing me his love for his children in India and how he would go to battle for them in the spiritual aspects as well as provide healing. for his children. This was God showing us that he is a powerful God and that he doesn’t like to see his children suffer from evil things. At training camp the verses from

7.As you go, proclaim the good news, the kingdom of heaven has come near 8. Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You received without payment give without payment
were shared with us explaining what Jesus has called us to do. At that time I was excited about proclaiming the good news, healing the sick in Jesus name, but never did I think that Jesus would use me to cast out demons in his name. Walking in obedience and listening to God will direct your path and God will take you exactly where he wants you at that specific time and day.
What a whirlwind it is walking with God and this is only month 4! Like I shared in the blog about our team name our God is Limitless, and our God is still alive and moving today. How awesome is it to serve a God like that!
