My support account has reached $4742.01 within the last two days! I know another check is in the mail for $370, which means I only need $888 to launch with my team in 12 days!!
Wow 12 days…
12 days to buy all the gear I’ll need for the race
12 days to eat my favorite meals
12 days to have one more yard sale fundraiser
12 days to make sure I have the best music on my iTunes to take
12 days to pack for the race.
12 days to try and express the gratitude to all my supporters and how much they mean to me.
12 days to say goodbye to family and friends for 11 months
But most importantly 12 days to soak in the Lord’s presences
And 12 days till I get to start living out the Plan the Lord has given me
12 days till I’m reunited with some of the most amazing people who truly honor and love the Lord with all their heart.
These 12 days will be filled with joy and sadness. It’ going to be hard saying goodbye to my family for a year, that I’m so close with. But to think of all the amazing things The Lord our God is going to do, tell me how you can not be excited for that!
