No… I don't mean like one of those rinky-dink 24 piece puzzles that my Kindergartners can put to get in 15 minutes..
I mean like a REAL jigsaw puzzle. One of those 1,000 piece, 3-D, you have to put in a safe place because there is NO-WAY you can finish this in one sitting type of puzzle.
That's God's plans.
And there are a lot of puzzles… and you have to make sure you have to keep the pieces straight. If you try to put the pieces of one of your puzzles into one of God's puzzles,… for one… it just won't fit. Well, it might, because there are only so many shapes you can cut those pieces in.. but the picture will not be the same. So ask for help. And a lot of times, we have no idea where the box is to the puzzle.. so we don't know what it will look like beforeit is done.
But that is OK. God knows.
As I am getting ideas for fundraising, it starts off feeling like a big overwhelming mess. I have no idea where to start, and NO idea how I am going to fundraise for two missions trips (one of them being just three months away).
But God heard my cry for help. In the last few days, things have kind of skyrocketed. A huge part of this is thanks to the fact that I have an awesome guy who is here to support me in advertising and getting the word out (even though he is faced with me being gone for 11 months). Thank you!
My t-shirts, designed by Fund the Nations, have been a big hit!! Also, (and pray for me on these next couple as I work things out for them) I will hopefully be doing a fundraiser at a local coffee shop sometime next month. I have to meet again with the owners tomorrow to discuss the details!! This would be a huge blessing. If I can get a huge chunk of the cost raised before I head out of the country in June for two months, that would be a TREMENDOUS relief. I am also working on getting flyers out and maybe possibly getting something into a local newspaper (fingers crossed). Be looking for updates as these fall into place!
I ask for prayers as God makes a way for me to embark on His journey.

If you are interested in how to get a t-shirt, message me!
