All of my expectations of India were shattered. That is not a bad thing at all though. I had expected to love the kids and to have a great time. That all came true, but even more than that happened. I fell in love with my girls and I miss them like crazy right now. I learned so many lessons from them. They taught me how to love deeper, try harder, and more patience. Working with my girls wasn’t just working, it was so much more than that. They really do have a way of just coming in and taking over.
I had an amazing time in India. I met some amazing people that I can now call life long friends. They really poured into my life and showed me God in a new way. They all loved their children in a way I have never seen. That in itself was so great to see. They never gave up and they got so excited for every little accomplishment. They are instilling in the children so many values that will help them as they get older. Also some of my friends were just so great at being themselves that all I could do was have a good time. I am so excited that I have met them all. I really had the best time ever in India! I can’t even begin to explain everything I have learned while I was there. I wish I knew how to. I know that God is working very hard there and he will never give up. So India will always and forever be on my heart.
