Ok so the song from veggie tales wont stop playing in my head. Seriously though veggie tales is the best movies ever!!! But anyways the song Laura the carrot sings is “God is bigger than the boogie man, he is bigger than Godzilla, or the monsters on tv, oh God is bigger than the boogie man, he is big enough for you and me”. There is more to it but that is what I am focused on. (I know! Me focused? It shocks me too)
This song is so simple but yet so powerful. God is big enough to handle any situation no matter what if we let Him. So yes I am stressed, and yes I don’t know what I am going to do. But I do know that God has it and is taking it all over. He will cover it all in his grace and love. Sometimes the biggest lessons we can learn are from the simplest of songs. And right now this song has humbled me.
I also feel like that on the Race we need to have many veggie tale movie nights. Just my thoughts though. But really God is so great and He will take care of my whole squad in any situations that may arise and that may have already arisen. It is so hard to keep our eyes focused on God’s plan and dream, but we will do our best to follow his will no matter what. And I can say that with confidence, because I am very confident in my team and squad. God is just so amazing and He amazes me more and more every day!
