The world race is not a dream, it is 100% real. Life is life. And in till you experience life you may not know what I mean by this but I will try to explain the best I can.
Life to me is when you have no one or anything to turn to but Christ. Life to me is when you are stripped of all comfort and familiarity. It’s something that grows you and changes your perspective. Life is nothing you have control over either. The only decision you have is if you are going to embrace/ live it or not. On the world race I learned how to embrace it, so that life wasn’t just happening to me. And if you sign up for the world race you will hopefully learn it too. The world race however isn’t the thing that will change your life. It’s God. God is the one that blessed me with life. This was also something that I had to be open to. God won’t change you in less you are open to it because he’s a gentleman And he wont pry.
The world race is just a continuation of life in another country. It’s full of ups and downs. Full of hard times and good times. The thing that separates life from home and life on the race is that you are choosing uncomfortably and unfamiliarity right of the bat. I’m so thankful that God gave me this opportunity to service on the world race. I have done nothing else but ran with God theses last 7 months and I cant thank him enough for it. So if you sign up get ready for a ride! It will be the start of an incredible race!
