This month, we have had the opportunity to work on two houses. The best part of doing this construction is that we know the ladies we are building for. They are our lovely cooks this month! I cannot even begin to tell you how much these ladies bless me! I have enjoyed every moment I have been able to spend with them! I love just hanging out in the Kitchen and helping them cook or do the dishes after a meal! I can't understand most of what they say, but simply being around them brings me joy!
One of the houses is for Estella. We started from nothing and the groups working on it are building up the walls right now.
The other house is for Antonia. We took off the old roof, raised the house a few rows of blocks, and now we are working on putting the roof back on. This is the house my group has been working on.
