What is your favorite season and why? Fall. I will forever love the smell of decaying leaves (romantic huh :D)
Where is the coolest place you’ve ever been? New Day Foster Home, Beijing
What is your favorite iPhone (or subpar alternative) app? Lacking in the ‘fancy’ phone category
What was your favorite food when you were a child? TACOS!
What’s your favorite food now? Indian food (particularly from Chai Pani in Asheville)
What is your biggest pet peeve? Non-serious: when your turn signal is out of sink with the turn signal of the car in front of you. Serious: chosen ignorance.
Do you have any strange habits/quirks? I often will start laughing and then will continue to laugh so hard I can’t breathe for 5 minutes or more. This usually happens at the most inconvenient moments, such as a serious scene in a play. Oops. 😀
If 10 of your friends were asked to describe you in one word, what would be the most common response? Hippie

What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity? Indoor = reading/drawing. Outdoor = reading/drawing/writing/exploring/photography

What is your favorite fast food restaurant? I try to avoid the fast food industry. If you can consider local coffee shops as fast food I choose that 😀
What is your favorite form of exercise? Roller Skating, yet I’m not good at the whole stopping thing.
What is your favorite sound? children laughing! (Stole this from Lindsey because I am definitely the same!)
What is your favorite smell? Horses (My grandma thinks I’m weird too :D)
If you were invisible for a day, what would you do? Hop on a plane to another country! Possibly find Joseph Kony. I mean think of Ghandi shock and awe tactics. What better way to shock a warlord than for him to wake up with all his guns gone, and a random American girl sitting ready to talk some serious Jesus love and peace to him.
If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to? Maybe just go by my middle name: Marie. Or I always thought Arwen from LOTR was one best of a woman!
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet and why? Ghandi, Zana Briski, Tolkein, Paul, or Christ would all be great possibilities 😀
If you had a movie made of your life, what celebrity would you want to play you? No idea!
What do you want to be when you grow up? I could give you the long awesome planned out and detailed answer I worked out in college, but in only a year I have learned that the only thing I want to be when I “grow up” is someone continuously trusting and moving in God’s work.
What do you like to do in your free time? Photography, sustainable agriculture, dance/sing/play guitar (trust me you don’t want to see/hear this haha), hang with friends, travel, read, draw, write
If you had to eat the same thing every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? tacos
What is your favorite beverage? Grandma’s fresh squeezed lemonade!
What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing random imaginary games (for example: escape fairies. Pretty much think Indiana Jones or 007 but replace the guns with poison berries and give yourself some wings) in my grandma’s backyard with my cousins.
What’s the thing you’re most excited about regarding the WR? “Adding to the number daily” and better understanding God’s heart for Panta Ethne (all the nations).
What’s the thing you’re most scared of regarding the WR? Becoming lost in myself and making this incredible opportunity about me instead of God. Also, I like showers.
What is your favorite movie/show/book? LOTR, 10 things I hate about you, hunger games/ eureka, Touch, warehouse 13/ Favorite Authors: Ted Dekker, Shane Claiborne, Tolkein, Suzanne Collins, John Keats
If you could be any animal for a day, what would it be? An owl/horse/lemur or white Bengal tiger!
What is your favorite sport to play/watch? To play = kickball/horseback riding. To watch = soccer
First celebrity crush? Current celebrity crush? First = Noah Wyle (John Carter from ER) Current: I mean Wall-E is pretty cure stuff for a robot, but the Chameleom from Tangled might be the cutest creature ever animated. 😀
