God created the Earth in 7 days, so, in 7 days he can easily bring in the $1,307 that I still need to leave with my squad in September. God has lead me, whole heartedly, to the World Race, and I would love to share that story with you in person, but through this blog post I will share with you another story:
The familiarity of the brown crossing white is a comfort to me. While the brush of the colors against my soft plume agitates my skin it has a slight enticing nature.
I saw one loosen from the others. As its connection grew slim its loose limb was thrashing in the soft flow of air that sustains its height. It was as if the wind was calling it to let go, to trust its flow, and it wanted to. Oh, how it wanted to! But the brown crossing white was holding on quite tight.
So, I watched, I wondered, As the monotony of the brown and white began to blare across my eyes, what it would be like to be that one that let loose into the wind.
God has called me to let loose the things that hold me here. To trust in him, and know that this year he has a plan that I cannot even attempt to comprehend. So, I am asking you to join me in this journey. I am asking you to pray, and ask your friends and family to pray, about partnering with me in this ministry through the World Race. In 7 days he created the earth, in less than 7 seconds he can teach a bird to fly.

God can easily bring in the funds, but those whose hearts he is pulling on to join me in this ministry must trust in his guidance. Please allow him to speak, please listen.
