HI!
I’m Kaycee Cherry!
I’m currently not attending school, but I am working close to full time. I work at wonderful Chick-Fil-A. I’ve been working there since September 29th of 2011! It is the most amazing job (and the only job) I have ever had! Through Chick-Fil-A I have grown in many ways I would have never imagined. Every day I am surrounded by loving, Godly people and am always so encouraged by them. I am proud to call them my family.
I attend a AWESOME church called Copper Pointe. I started attending this church summer of 2011 and that was the changing point in my life. I have changed so much since I’ve attending this church. God has done so many things and shown me his glory and has blessed me in so many ways. For a year and a half I have served under the student ministry 212, helping middle school and high school students grow in their relationship with Christ. Through them I have personally grown closer to God. He has shown me that through Him ANYTHING is possible. He has changed me for the better and so have the students and leaders I serve alongside. I have such a heart for these people. They are so on fire for Jesus and because of them Albuquerque, New Mexico will never be the same!
Recently I have decided to pursue Gods calling for my life and my dream of traveling the world. That is when I came across The World Race. I just recently got excepting to go on the trip and I couldn’t be more excited!! I can’t begin to imagine what God has in store for me!
I will be traveling over the time period of 9 months and will travel to Central America, Southeast Asia, and Africa!! Never would I have imagined I’d be spending 9 months away from home in another Continent! God is so amazing and I can’t begin to fathom all that God will show me and do while on this trip. I’m so thankful for this opportunity to share the amazing life that knowing Jesus Christ can bring.
I ask that you support me in pray and financially. This is going to be an amazing journey, and I would love to have you along for the ride 🙂 God bless!
1 Peter 2:9-10
“But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you—from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.”
