Happy Thursday Friends,
This week has been a hard one as far as ministry goes. The leadership here at the foundation has been gone and the spiritual warfare has been pretty evident. Yesterday we were hit with one thing after another that wasn’t going to plan. It is so hard to have expectations on the Race, but this was harder than even that. As a team and as women, we prayed more yesterday than we have all week. I think that is something that hit me the most. Why aren’t we in prayer more? Why aren’t we praying before everything we do, especially when it comes to ministry? I am asking that you as my prayer warriors are also in prayer for this ministry and the men and women in the program. It made me sick to my stomach the ways that the devil was working and had his hand in everything. But God is so much bigger than the devil. Satan stalks around like a lion, but the lion of Judah is King Jesus and he is mighty to save.
Another thing that made me sick to my stomach this week was when we went paragliding. I actually got sick to my stomach and it was super embarrassing, but I made the best of it and went on with my day. It was so cool to be part of the clouds and see God’s creation from so high. I felt like I was flying.
