Who am I you may ask?
I am a crazy, outgoing, adventure seeking, passionate person who loves people! I grew up in Palm Springs California. The youngest of three brothers, you would think I am the princess, but my family likes to call me the bottom of the food chain. I guess you can say my brothers had a little influence over me… the cliché title society would call me growing up was a “tom boy”. I do hate shopping and played every sport or activity known to man. Don’t worry I did try ice-skating, gymnastics, ballet and played the piano so my mom could have a daughter.
I just graduated from California Baptist University with my BA in Sociology and Minor in Global Justice.
I plan to go in the field of social justice. I don’t know what area of focus, but I hope to have more clarity in what direction to take after my amazing journey with World Race! My heart aches for the oppressed and I plan doing whatever Christ wants me to do in bringing light to the darkness.
I have been blessed to travel to a couple countries growing up that has broaden my worldview. My perspective has shifted with each opportunity I’ve been blessed with from Venezuela, Ecuador, Uganda, Kenya, and Europe. I have seen God do amazing things giving me a hunger to step out in faith to experience Him more and more.
Random Facts about me:
1) When I get excited, nervous or think something is really funny; I rub my fingers together at a rapid speed. (It’s a habit…I can’t stop it… it helps exert your excitement… you should try it)
2) I laugh really loud. Blame my loud family
3) I love dancing…I’m pretty ghetto
4) I’m addicted to reading books when I have free time
5) I’m super competitive
6) When there are awkward silences I feel it’s my responsibility to come up with an outrageous question.

8) Anything that moves makes me sick…hehe LETS GO TRAVELING
