Week one of squad leading is done and I honestly can’t believe I have been granted this privilege.
This role is so much more than I ever could’ve imagined, and so much better.
I’ve gained a group of people that have so very quickly become like family. K-squad is a big group of weirdos and freaks that have completely won my heart. They’re a bunch of goobers with the biggest hearts.
My first team I’ve been able to spend time with is Mamasitas. They’re a team of seven women who are chasing after the Lord whole heartedly. They’ve been sharing their stories with each other in team time (intentional time spent with your team daily) the last week. I’ve watched this group of women meet each other with extreme grace and insane beauty as they share what’s brought them to this point in their lives.
They’ve all chosen trust, safety and vulnerability. It’s honestly been the biggest privilege to be invited into these places only knowing these women for a week. My greatest desire for K-Squad is to walk in those three things, to be people of the Kingdom; to allow the space for Holy Spirit to minister in and through each other and I’ve seen that in Mamasitas!
I can’t imagine doing anything else right now and I don’t take this privilege without understanding the great responsibility.
I have a few requests for y’all as my friends and family–

- I’m support raising for this role and need to raise $6,500. Please consider supporting my ministry this year.
- Pray for K-Squad: that they would be people of intention and deep connection with the Father!
- Pray for my leadership team and me that we would be spirit led in our leadership style and all our interactions!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for supporting me and this amazing kingdom opportunity.
