Hello lovely people! As of today I am officially OVER the halfway mark in my fundraising!! PRAISE JESUS! THANK YOU all SO much! I am continually astounded by your generosity.

To celebrate, I am starting my T-shirt Fundraiser! I have designed two different T-shirts, and am now taking orders.

 Design Background

To give you some background on the designs, I have adopted the slogan “go. learn. love.” Which is on both of the t-shirts.

go. God calls us to go out into the world and share His love. Some He calls to stay right where they are in their communities, while some He calls to go to other nations. I believe He has called me to go out into the World, and I am excited!

learn. During my time abroad, I want to learn everything I can about other cultures, beliefs, religions, and backgrounds. I cannot wait to live alongside and build relationships with people, learning and understanding what they have been taught about God and the world in which they live in.

love. Jesus demonstrated how we are to love everyone, even the least of these. I want to share Christ’s love and the hope of the Gospel with the nations by living a life that is consistent with the life Jesus lived in the Bible, one that pours out love.

 Luke 4:18

I have also included the verse Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,”.

A mentor shared this verse with me when I first told her I had been accepted to the World Race. I love this verse because it gives such a clear picture of how the Good News of Jesus impacts the world. It can free prisoners of sin, provide a hope and a future to those who cannot imagine a life outside of their brokenness, and break the bondage of sin and shame that oppresses so many. The Gospel is the only thing on this Earth that offers hope and life to the lost, broken, and suffering. If that doesn’t rock your world, I don’t know what will.

I pray that these shirts serve as conversation starters for you to share the Gospel!

Without further adieu. Here is…

Option 1 – $18 – Comfort Colors in Blue Spruce.

This shirt is the brand Comfort Colors. I currently own a different Comfort Colors shirt, and it is by far my favorite t-shirt, which is why I chose this brand. Their shirts are incredibly comfortable, good quality, preshrunk, and I love the faded colors!

Option 2 – $15 – Gildan in Cherry Red

Here is the slightly less expensive option – a normal Gildan T-shirt in Cherry Red!

If you are interested in buying either of these shirts, I will be taking orders through the month of April. The last day to place an order is April 30th.

To place an order either:

 email me at: [email protected]

or

text me: 301-765-4716

Please include your name, which t-shirt you would like (you can just say Blue or Red), and your size.

You can either pay me when you order or when I get the shirt to you (cash/check if you see me in person, or if not, through Venmo/mailing me a check).

If you live far away (aka not near Frederick or Ligonier), I will happily mail you a shirt!

Thank you in advance!
