It's that time of year again – Christmas is just around the corner! Christmas trees are popping up in living rooms, kitchens are yielding the delicious aroma of sugar and gingerbread cookies, shopping malls are becoming chaotic, joyful music is floating throught the air, flakes of snow are falling, and white chocolate gingerbread mochas are being sipped in Starbucks shops on every street corner.

Usually around this time I am doodling on a sheet of paper my wishlist, which consists of cute new winter boots, an outfit from H&M to go with those new boots, yummy smelling lotion, any little kitchen gadget from William-Sonoma, cookbooks, cozy socks, etc.

This year, I have one thing doodled on my wishlist. And it is the biggest thing I have ever asked for as a Christmas gift. Doodled in my journal I have: All I want for Christmas is….

To raise the additional $3200 that I need by the end of this month in order to stay on The World Race.

Yes, I am asking for a lot this Christmas. And if I were in your shoes, I would probably be more inclined to take my money to the mall to buy nice gifts for my family and friends and splurge on some fun things for myself. I would top my shopping trip off by buying a satisfying $5 holiday mocha topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. There's nothing wrong with doing that either!

I want to invite you though to be a part of this Christmas wish. Being on this World Race trip has been the most amazing experience of my life. It has filled my heart with so much joy being able to use the gifts and the heart that God has given me to help people all around the world. I see where God has taken me in just the 5 short months that I have been on the race and I think about what can happen in the rest of the 6 months and I want to see what is in store.

If you would like to help get me fully-funded, just click on the "support me" button to the left. I can't even begin to put into words what an impact it will have on the remaining nations of Rwanda, Uganda, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines!
