Today I weigh in at 220lbs. The “LESS FOR MORE” challenge is for 3 months. The goal is to loose 60 lbs. The challenge works out to a loss of about 5 lbs a week, bringing me to a total weight of 160lbs on November 15th.
I constructed a tentative workout plan for the upcoming months… I’m sure it is bound to change every so often due to fundraising and training camp… but I’ll try to stay on top of it.
