Hey all!
It’s the weekend which means off day! Today the church team that was with us left which definitely is sad. We had a lot of fun people here but now it’s kind of nice to just be our team and the interns again (plus the leader from their group but she’s on the board here). Today most of us went to León which used to be the capital in case I didn’t already say that. We drank coffee, had smoothies and bought tank tops (a couple people may have accidentally unknowingly bought matching tanks with an inappropriate phrase in Spanish…in my defense I wasn’t there nor do I know street Spanish). We all road in the bed of a small truck as per usual. This is the cathedral that I mentioned in my last blog about Leon.
They’re in the process of restoring it but I just loved this angle. Light meets the dark and all that.
