For now I wanted to address some of you that believe in this adventure I’m taking!
You might not be quite as excited as I am, but you do truly see the value of this trip. Maybe you’re drawn to it because you appreciate the opportunity to travel the world and see more of God’s magnificent creation, or you just really believe in putting time and energy towards alleviating the suffering of others. You might be the kind of person who knows that living life and doing ministry in raw community is so worth it, or maybe you’re focused on seeing foreign ministries supported and empowered. You could be on board with the World Race because you know that it will be a time of intense spiritual growth for me, or because you know that others may come to know Jesus because of God’s work through me. Hallelujah :] Or it could be something else!
No matter the reason, if you believe in the World Race, please come alongside me and help make it possible! I am definitely not able to fund this trip alone, but by the grace of God and many giving what they can, it is possible for me to leave in July fully funded.

Here’s how it works: if every dollar amount on this board is donated to my trip, I will have raised enough money to launch in July! All you do is consider how much you can give and you pick a number, then let me know so I can cross that number off. This is a one time donation! Can you give even $5? Every drop in the bucket is precious to me because sometimes that is exactly how buckets get filled!
However, I pray that some of you will consider partnering with me as monthly donors. If 50 people gave $30 a month, I would be fully funded for my entire trip! But my prayer is that only 12 people would partner with me and commit to a donation of at least $30 a month from now until December (donations can only be received up to my full support deadline which in December 31, 2014.) Thank you for prayerfully considering being such a huge blessing to me.
Regardless of which option you choose, you can either donate online or by mailing in a check. If you choose to pay by check there is no transaction fee! You may also feel free to give me cash but money paid directly to Adventures in Missions in tax-deductible. Contact me for more information on how to make out checks and where to mail them, plus any other questions.
All the praise goes to God “who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think.” (Ephesians 3:20) I know that if He wants me on this trip, He will make a way.
