Hi
My name is Katie. I’ve been working as a Director of Children’s Ministry for the past 2ish years at the Creative Church (we’re a little church plant outside of Cinci, OH). I’m also a Teller (or as we call ourselves “cash-handling experts”) at Kemba Credit Union during the week. As both of these professions suggest, I love being around people. I like to think of myself as a Counselor personality.
I’m totally smitten with Jesus (corny but true). Like any relationship we’ve had our ups and downs but he is constant and true. There’s no one I’d rather trust my life or heart with. And seriously, he’s the best!
I’m kinda quirky but I guess everyone is in some way or other. People usually describe me as sweet, laid-back, smart and “smiley.”
I like to read, sing, bake, swim and go with the flow (although I can be pretty assertive). I rely on my more spontaneous friends for excitement. You could say I have scheduled spontaneity.
I have spelling issues and rely heavily on spell check. I apologize in advance if I say things oddly. I do prof read everything but just thought I’d mention it so we understand each other. :p
