As I walked the streets the other day, every where I looked I saw children. Some were smiling from ear to ear while others had eyes that were filled with tears. I passed by a five year old bathing a new born and without thinking I said, “I want one of these children”. Immediately I heard the voice of God say I want them all because they are my children. My heart began to break as I started to see these children through the Fathers eyes. My heart was sincere in wanting a child. I have a heart to adopt like never before. I want to love and change a life. My love can only do so much. However, the Lords love is more powerful then all. His love is all.
One of my deepest desires is to be a mom. I want to know the fathers love deeper by being a parent. He is madly in love with every single one of his kids. He made them all wonderfully and fearfully in his image. There is nothing that His children could do to make him love them any less or any more. He loves all the time because He is love.
Once again I am overwhelmed by the love of God. There is nothing more beautiful then the love God has for you and I.
Jesus said, ” Let the Children come to me,
and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of heaven
belongs to such as these” matthew 19:14
The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit
that we are God’s children.
