The Philippines is HOT and STICKY but I would go back in a heartbeat if given the chance… the people are BEAUTIFUL, full of life, and want to give you everything they have… even though it cost them everything they have to give it to you.
Kids in Hungary are much different than kids in 3rd world countries.
