Finally Starting

            Throughout
the week, we haven’t really known much about where our ministry for the month
was going to be or what we are going to be doing. Since Tuesday we have been
living our tents in Matamata at a YWAM base, training and getting ready to go
out and start our ministry. A big focus of training this week has been living
in community with our teammates and what a healthy team should look like. Its
been fun getting to know the whole squad again, but it has been really great
getting to know the 5 people that are my family for the next year.

            Yesterday
we finally found out where and kind of what our ministry is. My team along with
1 other team from M squad and 2 teams from N squad will be going back to
Tauranga and helping put on 2 conferences: “Jubilee” and “A Call To All”.  We will be living at a Bible
college….in our tents. J
That’s ok, my tent has grown on me the last couple days and I’m actually a big
fan of it. Then for the last week after the conferences are over we will either
be dong beach ministry or possible working with a 24-hour house of prayer. But
we’ll find out later.

SIDE NOTE: Our race route has been changed. The third month
of the race, instead of going to Malaysia, we will be going to the Philippines.
