Well, I am not legally blind
but I definitely have pretty bad eye sight,
especially when I don’t have my glasses or contacts.
Our raft flipped the first time when we were going through our 2nd rapid (of 8),
and somewhere during the time our boat flipped and when I got to calmer waters i lost my contacts…
yes, both of them.
So for the rest of our time rafting I couldn’t see much other than the person in front of me.
It made for an interesting experience.
