The World Race can be hard to explain.
We serve. We explore. We pray. We take risks. We love the unlovable. We get dirty.
We grow. We change.
I could try to put into words and/or images around what I will be experiencing on the Race.
Sometimes I will nail it. Other times, you would just kind of have to be there.
Until now. The team at Adventures in Missions put together an epic video to help
you be a part of what I’m experiencing.

Also, I have raised $7,000 so far. The total I need is $16,255. I am almost halfway there!
Here is a list of my deadlines in order to stay on the race. If I do not raise the funds by the deadline I will be sent home. God has called me to an eleven months not anything less. So please help!

- $7,500 – Due 8/18/2014 (2 weeks prior to trip)
- $11,000 – Due 12/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field)
- $15,500.00 + $754.35 (*Insurance) = $16,254.35 – Total Due 3/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
I will be leaving sometime in September. I will not know the exact date until about a week after training camp. I leave for training camp this Saturday, July 12 for a week. It will be about an hour northeast of Atlanta, GA. I am so excited to meet everyone in my squad and even the people from September Routes 1 & 2!
