As my feet step off of American soil and soon land on to Thailands streets, Matthew 5:13 crosses my mind. “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty agan? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men.”
We are all the salt of the earth but when we get caught up in our daily routine and comfort zones we never will push ourselves out of them. Surround yourself with community that will encourage you and mold you into who you want to be.
I still haven’t proccessed what I signed up for and how long nine months really is, but I’m not alone on this kingdom journey. I have a community. I have encouragers. I have God.
I am yours, and You are mine. I am yours, and You are mine.
