Just a quick update while I have internet!
1. International travel=everyone gets sick….all 16 of us using 1 toilet. Enough said.
2. The dogs here are freaky. They are really sickly skinny and dirty. And every morning when I run they chase me barking. This is scary because they dogs look diseased. Also awkward because nobody goes 'running' here, so on top of being the weird girl jogging through the streets, I'm also being chased.

3. Another note on dogs. Carter got peed on by a dog. He was kneeling down working on sound equiptment and began to wonder why his back felt so warm. Well Carter, that's because a dog is peeing on your back!
4. Today Nicole told me I had something in my teeth. As she looked closer she realized I had a tick crawling across my front tooth. Yum!!

5. We ate lunch at the top of an inactive volcano on Monday for our free day.

6. Ministry has been keeping us very busy this week. The kids and families love it! There have been about 60 people show up to the events we've been holding in the communities. These communities are very poor but the people seem rich with joy and hospitality. Most of the men work during the day but mothers, youth, and young children all stop what they are doing to come and spend a few hours with us. Below is a picture of one of the houses in the community.
