Currently, a group from Singapore is here so we have been tagging along with them on their trips to the schools to teach health and English. After they leave our transportation to get to these places will leave as well, so we will be doing ministry within walking distance. This will involve teaching English, computers and helping in a local church.
This month has been a very frustrating month for me. Things are more expensive than what we were originally told so that means we cannot hire a translator, get supplies to teach English, or have transportation. I am not really sure how we will accomplish much this month, but hopefully we will see God work.
We do not have internet access, other than for brief moments, so I am sorry if my blogs are few and far between. The internet is slow, and we do not want to use more energy than we have to. I love you all, and look forward to talking to you at some point when I am in debrief! I am alive (obviously) and well. Well, off to make a lesson plan for tomorrow.
Update: The Singapore group left us paper, markers, pictures, etc. so that will help a lot with teaching English! Praise God.
