So often day by day we walk by people in misery and do nothing.
With our eyes we see poverty, abuse, drunkenness, drug abuse, prostitution, and people who feel like there is no hope.
We see these things with human eyes and have a wall around our heart.
Sometimes we give money, sometimes we give a little bit of our time, but mostly we live our normal day to day life.
We live comfortably, clean and warm.
When we give God our vessels to live within us we can see with Jesus eyes.
We give the lives God gave us that we have been living for ourselves and give it back to God.
We see poverty and our heart breaks.
We can cry for the poverty-stricken and give them hope.
We can touch and love on those who are stricken with aids and persecuted for having leprosy.
God can heal people through us.
We need to open our hearts, body, soul and mind to Jesus Christ and have complete faith.
I have lived a life with a covered heart.
My heart is now unwrapped and I am broken. But God has filled me and will be with me wherever I go.
