What made the big bang go bang? The answer is quantum physics, and the history of the universe through the eyes of quantum physics proves creation. Everything had to begin somewhere. From the very beginning, there was light. There is a set of forces in the universe, the laws of nature. These laws predate the universe. They created the physical from nothing. They act on the physical, but they are not physical. Does that sound familiar? God predates the universe, created something from nothing, and is not a physical being. There is a creator, and there was creation. In Genesis 1, on the fist day we are introduced to light, and it was good. On the fourth day we were introduced to matter, and it was good. Quantum physics is the study of matter and how energy behaves at very small levels. We are what we are presently in. Einstein demonstrated how matter and energy are the same thing; matter is just condensed energy. You and I, we were created by a brilliant God! And every one of us has been designed to be in a constant dialog with the Father. We were made to be light by an incredibly creative God. Down to the structure of your make up, you are light. What is happening in each of our brains when we enter into worship is our brains are beginning to work in the highest intellectual way possible. Neurons are firing at a speed faster than the speed of light. This means we are able to live into who The Lord has called us to be. You are capable of entering into a state of repentance, processing hurt and shame, and you are able to grasp vulnerability and inner healing. We do this because we are brilliant beings that have been created by a brilliant God. Dr. Gerald Schroder once said, “When you look in the mirror in the morning you are literally looking at the light of creation in a form called YOU.” We are highly intelligent lights down to our core beings. We have been given the gift of of awareness. 2 Corinthians 2:5 shows us that we have the ability to take captive our thoughts, because we are not victims of our biology or circumstances.
I am currently living in Cambodia where the sun shines and organic life grows, much like in the United States. I say this because lately the Lord has been speaking to me through metaphors, and our relationship with the Lord very much resembles organic life and how it also is the light of creation, just in a different form. They Lord is doing big things here in Siem Reap, but also in my own heart. I find myself always searching for more these days. I find my brain a million miles from this place we call earth and I am often lost in my own head, but over and over again the Lord graciously reveals to me his heart and who I am at my core through and because of Him. I am rooted. I am light. I am just another human searching for the Lords heart and people to love. I am learning that walking in relationship with the Father, he always has fruit for you to bear and new mercies daily. I am an heir to the most high and I am learning to steward all that He has for me.
