For those of you who don’t know, I am in the process of planning my next big fundraiser which is going to be a rummage sale. I have been planning this for a couple months now and have been encountering set backs trying to find a location but God has finally opened that door! Here is the information:
World Race Fundraiser Rummage Sale

This fundraiser honestly shouldn’t be that much of a stressor for me…and I know that. I have been receiving lots of donations (and can always use more!). I have tons of support and everything is just going pretty smoothly. Still, I have been once again feeling overwhelmed with the planning even though I refused to admit it. Then I was whining to God and told him, “God…I wish I just had a team to help me fundraise, I hate having to do this stuff on my own because I’m afraid I will miss an important detail”. GUESS WHAT?! The very next day one of my friends from church came up to me and said, “I need to know all of your fundrasing details because we are putting a team together to help you with it.” Are you kidding me?! God is just too sweet for blessing me with the best community and always providing 🙂
Side note: I was in Walgreens the other day and saw this cute little flower that says sweet, lovely, gentle, kind, & warm. I decided to buy it because it reminded me of God’s attributes and I always need the reminder. When I got home and looked at the flower I felt God saying to my heart, “This is what I’m making you in to.” Awww…He is the best 🙂
