This morning a good friend reached out to me with Psalm 145. It hit me right where I needed it to. Once again I was blown away at the Lord’s goodness and how well He uses loved ones in my life to speak to me. On the car ride to Starbucks I drove in awe of how incredibly fascinating and good our Father is. He is the one who makes all things new, including me and you. I listened to the awesome song “Highest Praise” by Amanda Cook and my heart danced with joy.
“To the One who’s seated on the throne above all thrones
To the One who saw fit to gather all His children close
To the One I feel in the sunlight on my skin
To the One who shattered every remnant of my sin
To the One who was, the One who is, and is to come”
The One who was, the One who is, and the One who is to come. READ THAT AGAIN.
To the One who is gracious and merciful
To the One who is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love
To the One who is good to all
To the One who is faithful in all His words
To the One who is kind in all His works
To the One who satisfies the desires of every living thing
To the One who fulfills the desires of those who fear Him
To the One who hears our cries and saves us
To the One who preserves all those who love Him
{relations to Psalm 145}
To the One who loves me despite my past
To the One who found me
To the One who holds my heart
To the One who makes me pure
To the One who gives me life
To the One who grants my freedom
To the One who heals my soul
To the One who does it all, we give highest praises forever! I pray the Lord continues to work in your heart this week and refresh your soul. Chase after Him!!
