Today I danced before the Lord
Hands to the sky
Arms open wide
Receiving His love
Pouring out praise
Rejoicing in the day He has made
Today I ran on the shore
Sand between my toes
Warm water soaking my bones
Glorious clouds
Pink skies
The Lord’s creation before my eyes
Today I laughed with sisters
From different nations we come

Doesn’t matter before the King
For one day we will sit
At the table and feast
But for now we rejoice in the love He
Freely gives
Tonight I swing in the breeze
Bright stars over head
Humming a song of peace within me
God is so good
He has made me complete
In joy
In love
Kingdom come graciously
For He dwells within my soul
A father who loves to make me whole
