1. I am a student at Stetson University. I will graduate in May with a degree in Elementary Education major.
  2. I love teaching. Something magical happens when I walk in a classroom. I have spent more time in the field than I have in a college classroom. I just recently finished my senior internship in a fourth grade classroom.
  3. I am blind in my left eye. I was diagnosed with a Combined Hamartoma of the Retina and Retina Pigment Epithelium (CHRRPE) my freshman year of High School.
  4. In high school my school did Music Man. I was the first tenor in the barbershop quartet. After my friends and I formed an SATB a cappella quartet. We sang at various school events and sang the National Anthem at our graduation.
  5. I love intramural sports, especially soccer!  In college the two campus ministries I am apart of joined together to form BEASTLY! (BCF and Wesley). Although, we do not always know the rules and often lack the talent, we have fun!
  6. I love my family. One of my favorite places in the world is my family’s “shore house” in Westbrook, CT. My aunts, uncles, and cousins all come to one place and spend a week together. Every year we take a picture on the porch steps. I have never missed a year!
  7. I love my ENO hammock! I enjoy finding challenging places to hang my hammock. My family calls it “extreme hammocking”
  8. My favorite book is The Giver. I read it in middle school, but was not aware of the other books in series until high school. I finally read Son (the last book) this year!
  9. I have moved 20 times in my life and I am 21 years old.
  10. I am allergic to tomatoes and red dye!
  11. As a child I was on multiple TV shows including Mike’s Super Short Show, Slime Time Live, animal jam, and the wiggles.                             (My sister Libby is in the blue and I am in the pink.)
