Okay guys. This is how it goes. I wanted to write this really detailed blog, showing you pictures of every one in the villages that we are working in.

I wanted to show you a picture of this really sweet older lady that we met in the village. Her name is Agnes, and she is our teams new grandma. We sat with her all day one day and just sang and prayed. We sang her songs in English, and she sang to us in her native language. She told us the sun was going to damage our skin and even tried to marry one of us off to her grandson. (That’s you Soto) She loved us well and told us some stories about her life growing up and moving to the village.

I also wanted to show you a picture of another lovely lady we met in the village. Her name is Monica and she is a single mother, struggling to raise two young children. She is currently living with her parents, trying to find work. We helped her clear the weeds away from the house, she gave us juice and then we had the most wonderful time worshiping and praising Jesus. She speaks amazing English, so we were able to share a few bible verses with her, and she played us her favorite Christian song. We sang for her, prayed for her and even cried with her. She is definitely someone I see Jesus in.

Last, but definitely not least, I wanted to share a picture of my team with you. A wonderful, funny, describes us perfectly, picture of Daughter Zion. Some of you may know at this point, but for those of you who don’t, we are having debrief at the end of this month, where we will face our first team changes. Daughter Zion will be split up, and while it breaks my heart to say goodbye to a team that has been my family for the last four months, I know God has something in store. Something miraculous and I can not wait! I know that my future team will help me grow in ways I never imagined. And I know that this is God’s plan!

So those are the pictures I wanted to share with you, unfortunately I can not. Because I am in the middle of Lesotho and internet is really, a take what you can get kinda thing. So uploading pictures, well that’s not happening. I hope you enjoy what you get.

Love you guys!
