Cool stuff is happening, y’all. This past weekend, I went with some friends to Orlando, Florida to The Send conference. The Send is a Christian conference that had speakers and artists such as Heidi Baker, Francis Chan, Todd White, Jesus Culture, Stefany Gretzinger, and more. It’s a conference that spoke about bringing the gospel to every nation in the world. That brought and is continuing to bring revival all around us. And radical things happened to me and around me.
I went to Orlando in a dry season, kind of struggling to see what God was doing, and kind of just going through the motions. But when I was at The Send, being surrounded by thousands of individuals that are so on fire for the Lord, I just felt completely different. I have been really working on my consistency with my relationship with the Lord, not relying on conferences like this, per say, to reignite the spark, but knowing my God always stays the same, and learning not to be an inconsistent roller coaster. But being there, witnessing all of these kingdom builders praise God with a passion that I’ve never seen before just brought a whole new feeling over me, and this time it was different than hoping the conference will set me on fire again, but knowing this time, things are different. And I think the reason I feel things are different this time is because of all of the cool experiences and encounters with the Lord I had there. My friend had asked me about my butterfly tattoo and what it meant, and that led to this lady speaking to us. Which led that same lady to prophesy over my two friends AND me. And while the lady was prophesying over my friend, a man came up to me and told me the Lord had given him a word over me, and that he sees me in ministry. (Okur God) About 5 minutes pass and the lady starts laying her hands on me and speaking tongues and begins saying all of this incredible and such applicable things. But the two things that really stood out to me was when she said she sees my touch having the power to heal, and that she sees me praying over pregnant women and their babies. Both of those two things, not going to lie, are super intimidating to me. But you know, the Lord’s going to do whatever He wants to. And, it was like nothing I had ever experienced before. Just when I thought the Lord was done, He has another guy come up to me about a couple hours later and share that the Lord told him that I will be in South Africa, using the boldness I carry to lead people to Christ. (Okur God part 2) When he told me that, it was like confirmation from the Lord, himself, about the Race and this whole journey.
Y’all, the Lord is moving big time. There is straight revival taking place, people being healed over and over and over, restoration in people’s souls. And more importantly, people are sharing their personal testimonies of what the Lord is doing to bring the gospel and lead people to Christ. Bro, I cannot wait to see what’s in store. Lives are being changed. Jesus is moving, and He won’t stop. (And neither will we)
