Wow! So much has changed since my last post. As many of you know I was supposed to go on a Gap Year but one thing lead to another and I felt that in this season of my life it wasn’t the right trip for me. One day I decided to look at Summer ’17 Passport trips to see what was offered. I came upon the Swaziland/South Africa section, I was reading the details and information on the site and got chills all over and the feeling that this was MY trip. I therefore pursued being a part of this team. Needless to say I am blessed enough to get the opportunity to go to Africa! Now I’m sitting here writing this with three more days until I leave and I could not be more excited. I am truly so lucky to have a God that loves me endlessly and a family that supports my every decision. The people around me give me such hope for my future and I know this trip will change me forever.
