Today was a day of new adventure.
The dream that was laid on my heart 3 years ago was finally coming to fulfillment. Today I got on a plane and embarked on the World Race.
WHAT?!
If you had told me three years ago that this would be reality, I am not sure I would have believed it, but God had bigger plans. This is what I am supposed to be doing. This is exactly where I am supposed to be. Today, I am thankful for what the Lord placed in me those 3 years ago and for what lies ahead on this Kingdom Journey.
I am seriously in awe that we have landed in our first country, Costa Rica, and are going to get the opportunity to engage in the community here and spread the good news of God’s love to so many. To experience a new culture and be immersed in all that it has to offer. To fully immerse ourselves in what God has planned for his people here.
This day was filled with challenges of many sorts, but nothing that couldn’t be overcome. Through trust, He went before us all and provided the way. And now all I can do is look out the airport window and stare at the breathtaking mountains that stand before us all. God is here in Costa Rica and I can’t wait to see what He is going to do.
