Free.
These are just a few words that describe who we are Christ! When God sacrificed His only son for our freedom, He gave us the power to overcome sin and change our lives for the good. Through Jesus we have everything we need to accomplish a purposeful life. God blessed us with the opportunity to know and love Jesus Christ.
Here is a beautiful analogy I just recently learned and love!
For a tree to grow and bear fruit it needs water. If a tree does not have water, it can not grow to its full potential or bear its fruit. Comparing us to a tree, Jesus is our water. He gives us the nourishments to grow beautifully while showing our fruits.
We want to be a tree near the water.
