As the World Race staff has
spent hours reviewing personality assessments, observing, and praying over the
whole process, we have been given our
provisional
small group team!
Since this is
provisional, it can change at training or during the first couple of months of ministry
as things change.
As I mentioned
earlier, flexibility and trusting the Lord through this process is the name of
the game.
God has given me some real
excitement already for those He has placed in my group!
