We have been in Thailand for just about a week now. After a 14 hour plane ride, 2 hour layover, 6 hour plane ride, and 12 hour bus ride, we finally arrived in Chiang Mai, Thailand!
Two things are unusual about this month: the whole squad is together (usually each team will work in different places with different ministries in each country) and we didn't jump straight into ministry, but had a few days of training with AIM staff. I really think this is going to set us up for a great race!
One thing that not jumping straight in has allowed us to do is get a full picture of what Lighthouse in Action (our ministry partner for the month) actually does. It is such a beautiful and multifaceted ministry! I am so excited to be working alongside Emmi (lady in the video and founder) with my squad for this month!
