It has NEVER been a passion of mine; I cringe when I hear the word!!
I never liked selling cookies as a Girl Scout or entertainment books for sports teams and class trips.
Money is such a touchy subject and asking for money is taboo!!
However, God has called me to participate on the World Race and with this call comes the daunting task of ….. FUNDRAISING!!
I find it pretty funny that God continually calls his people to step outside of their comfort zones!!
Here are my financial deadlines:
- $3,500 – Due 6/30/2012 (2 weeks before Training Camp)
- $6,500 – Due 8/18/2012 (2 weeks prior to Launch)
- $11,000 – Due 12/1/2012 (End of 3 months on the field)
- $15,500 – Total Due 3/1/2013 (End of 6 months on the field)
YOU have the opportunity to partner with me in this calling!! I would be honored to go as YOUR representative to bring Jesus Christ to people around the world!! I believe that God can do SIGNIFICANT things with what seems INSIGNIFICANT in our eyes. Afterall, Jesus did feed 5000 with a loaf of bread and a few fish, right? Every donation will have ETERNAL IMPACT in lives around the globe and I truly believe that EVERY donation will be MULTIPLIED!!
