Wow . . .
So as I was scanning through friends on facebook last night I thought “I should see what Neil is up to”  Neil is a friend from childhood who actually went on the World Race about a year ago.  I was able to meet up with him  when he got home and talk to him about his experience and it allowed me some insight to the trip I would be taking.

After looking at his facebook, I was curious where he would be off to next, where God was leading him.  Since being home from the World Race he has truly been following God’s voice and going to many different countries to serve the Lord.  I decided to check out his blog and read the last few posts.  As I read one of the blogs, it hit me . . .

I have been so selfish this month.  I have been offended by people telling me that I am going to Hell because I am Catholic.  I have been irritated because people have not been responsible in fulfilling their duties at our ministry site.  I have complained and whined on occasion to my teammates and even to some people back at home . . .

As I really thought about it, some of the things in the paragraph above seem like things that are fairly legit to be irritated about.  But they really aren’t.  There are some many worse things.  As I read, Dry Bones Admist the Rubble, I was quickly reminded that the things I am experiencing this month are hardly something to complain about . . .  I am going to post this blog on another page for all of you to read.  Neil posted it from his friend Katie’s blog.  Take a few moments to read this . . .

LOVE!
