The Lord has been speaking to me lately about what it looks
like to be His follower……
I could try to go into depth and explain everything that He
has been speaking to me… But, I haven’t fully processed it and if I started
typing now, you would be scrolling down the page for awhile.
I will just leave you with this question…..
Besides seeing a need for Jesus in your life and in this
World, and besides knowing that there is a bigger purpose to your life……. As a believer, “What makes you different from
unbelievers?”
Is it your actions?
Is it what you choose to do with your free time?
Is it how you treat people?
Do you think that once we “know” these things we can stop
searching?
“Knowing” that there
is a promised land doesn’t get us there, “Doing” what you know is what gets you
there….
We aren’t
called to be a “good” person, there are plenty of “good” people out there…. We
are called to live a life worthy of Him who called us…. Jesus sets a pretty
high standard. Are you being good
stewards of your life?
We can love Jesus all we want; But,
when are we going to start being the Jesus that we have inside
of us? – WE ARE HIS DNA.
