Welcome to my World Race blog!

The World Race is a long-term mission trip aiming to help young people to experience God while serving in communities where they can leave a lasting contribution behind. This video above tells a bit more about the aim and purpose, as well as what sort of things we will be doing while on the race!

I will be leaving in October 2016 for 11 months to serve and live in the following countries: Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Romania, Ukraine, Albania, and Greece. The work we will be doing will depend on what is most needed in the area we are in. It will be anything from teaching english in schools to caring for orphans to befriending prostitutes to working in the refugee relief efforts in Southern Europe.

I am so expectant of the great things God is going to use me and my team to do in each of these places, and the ways He will use us to touch the lives of the people we spend these 11 months with.

Till Next Time,

Kara
