There are many great men in my life that have been a major part of my life story. Among the greatest are my brothers and my father. But God knew they wouldn’t be a part of my spiritual story. So he place great Christian men in my life to help me in my journey. The World Race has challenged me to write a blog honoring these men. I have decided to focus on 11 of these men. For the next 11 days I am going to post a different man of God to honor. There are plenty of men of God not on the list that are worth honoring. I am only focusing on 11 of them. Let the countdown begin!…

11 Joseph Rosetti. I met Joseph this past summer on a mission trip to Haiti through Adventures in Missions. I may not have known him for long, but after spending a week getting to know him, I have decided that Joseph is a man worth honoring. His childlike faith is contagious, and his love for people is beautiful. Joseph had more concern for other people than himself. My favorite thing to do with Joseph was to color in the coloring pages. I hadn’t done anything like that since I worked with kids a few years back, and I forgot how much fun it could be. When we left Haiti, Joseph sent me a coloring page of Jesus in the mail. It was one of the most precious snail mails I have ever received. I still have it posted on my front door for all to see. Joseph would go all day and all night playing with the kids in the soccer field in Haiti, if we allowed him to. Sometimes he was so focused on loving others, that he needed help remembering to care for himself. But this helped to teach to have each others back. Our team did a great job of taking care of each other, and I am honored to have worked in ministry along side Joseph!!!!
