Well first off, I would just like to say thank you to my supporters. Without you, I wouldn’t be able to live this amazing life that God has blessed me with.

I have been connecting more with the father over the past month and a half, and with that I’ve been discovering more and more about who I am. When I first got to Guatemala, one of the base staff members spoke a word over me and said, ” don’t let your servants heart get in the way of your sonship.” I’ve meditated on that for about a month now, and with that I’ve been learning how to be a son of the Most High.

I’ve learned that God is on MY side, and he’s not here to get mad or be disappointed in me. He’s here to love me, care for me, and provide for me. We serve such a jealous God, he wants our attention so bad, he wants hear from you, and he wants to communicate with us. Learning to hear God and decipher his words from my own thoughts is one of the greatest things I have learned.

So now for the question in the title, “Who am I?”

I could easily just answer this question like,” I’m Mo, the missionary.” But what I’ve actually been learning is that I am Mo a Son of God, I am Wanted, I am Loved, I am cared for, I’m heard, I am forgiven, and I could go on and on with how many things God has told me that I am. And that we are not from here, for we are from a much greater Kingdom, and we are just passengers in this world. This life is so much more than just going on mission trips, we’re sent to this world to live missionally, and bring light to the dark places in this life. I’ve noticed in my life it is very easy to have God like a light switch in your life and turning his light on and off throughout your week, but why do we even have a switch? Our whole life IS a Mission trip for we do not even belong to this world!
