Hello family and friends. Sorry for not being able to communicate last month cause Haiti had hardly any internet to work with. But the Dominican does so ya’ll should be hearing from me a lot more this month. I just want to say thank you first of all for everyone supporting me financially. I still need about $10,000.
So what have I been doing here in the D R. Well it took about 5 bus changes and 12 hours of fun in the air conditioning. My teams along with 3 others are in a house that the other teams last month stayed in. It’s a house in a nice neighborhood soo praise the Lord for that. Most of us have beds and power 90% of the time.
And as far as ministry we have been doing construction and evangelism within the small villages about 15 minutes away from the city area. Evangelism being we pray for the people that the pastor we are working with takes us too. Kyle Johnson wrote a good blog about mowing the church’s lawn it’s funny so if ya’ll have times go to kylejohnson.theworldrace.org. The Pastor we are working with is Pastor Manuel. He and his wife have been so good to us. They work really hard so be praying for them. Lord I pray you would bless my family back home. Give them peace to know I’m blessed by them for all that they do daily to support me. Lord I pray for your patient endurance for my supporters to trust in you daily. Bless them even more financially then they bless me. Thank you Lord for your love and joy that you give us daily let your will be done in Jesus name amen.
p.s we are not using our cameras this week so that’s why there haven’t been any pictures but they are coming soon. They will be here next week. Oh ya and I’ve been sporting my cowboy hat this month it’s awesome. Pretty sure I’m the only real Texan in the Dominican Republic. Anyways Love you all keep going strong in supporting me. You are the life and water to our one body in Christ as I am doing my best to be hands and feet for the Lord. Love ya’ll and talk to you soon.
