So, we are finding out countries along the way, and will know the full route at training camp in May. What started out as a “secret route” has been hinted and guessed at and we currently know 6 countries we will be in!
In July, I will be in the Dominican Republic
In August, I will be in Haiti
In the months to follow (although I don’t know exactly which ones) I will be in
Romania
Turkey
Mozambique
and Cambodia!
I am so pumped about each of these places!!!! I found out we were going to Haiti 5 days before the earthquake, and am amazed at the way the Lord has swung the door wide open to a country so in need of the gospel of hope.
Also, my younger sister is going on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in July, so that means we will be there at the same time!!! I don’t know what the chances are of seeing each other, but that makes me really excited that we’ll be serving and sharing the gospel in the same country for a few weeks!!!!
Anyway, I can’t wait to find out the other countries. I still can’t believe I have this opportunity to go to the nations. I am pumped.
